1940's Champagne Julep

Cocktail


Ingredients:
- 3 shredded mint leaves
- 2 dashes of bitters
- 1 oz lemon simple syrup
- 1 oz peach schnapps
- 1 oz fino sherry
Garnish: caramelized lime slice

Fill a champagne flute with crushed ice. Pour all ingredients into the glass and top with champagne. Garnish with caramelized lime slice. Serve with a straw. (Cocktail created by: The Stanton Social NYC)
